Family Educational Rights and Privacy ActAntigua College International is committed to the protection of students’ rights and privacy of information. In accordance with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (Public Law 93-380; 20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) and § 1002.22, Florida Statutes (2011), the College allows students to access their educational records; challenge records they believe to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading; and limit the release without the written consent of the student. A student will be notified whenever a court subpoenas the records. The parent(s) of a dependent student (as defined in 26 U.S.C. §152, Internal Revenue Code) has the right to inspect records that are maintained by the College on behalf of the student.
